Scott Fitzgerld VAILS (12/02/1967 - 11/01/2013)

VAILS, Scott Fitzgerald (Age 45) Scott left this world in the early morning hours of November 1, 2013, from the results of a cardiac arrest. Scott was born December 2, 1967, at the Naval Hospital in Port Hueneme, CA. He was the third son of Bruce V. and Lois K. Vails. Much to the chagrin of his mother, he became a fast learner in his young years as a baby, from his older brothers. The family moved to Spokane after his fathers retirement from the Navy. He attended Lidgerwood Elementary School, Chief Garry Jr. High and John Rogers High School. While at Rogers, he was the school mascot in the cheer leading squad. After graduating from high school, he moved to Seattle for employment and for further schooling. He enjoyed the field of landscaping and decorating. He also received a degree in computer animation. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. Scott is predeceased by his mother Lois K. Vails; and grandparents George and Marion Vails. Scott is survived by his father Bruce V. Vails; bothers Bruce K. and George A. Vails, all of Spokane, WA; and by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on November 30th at 11:00AM, at the Fairmont Cemetery Chapel.
