Judith Ovalle Obituary

OVALLE Judith Lynn "Judi"
July 29, 1959 - November 19, 2013

Judith Lynn "Judi" Ovalle loving wife, mother and grandmother went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2013.

She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 29, 1959 to Norbert and Joan (Kosmatka) Dingel. Judi was a graduate of Woodward High School and The University of Toledo Community College. Judi has been employed for the past 15 years for the Ida Public Schools as a school bus driver a job she thoroughly enjoyed.

She was an avid dog lover and enjoyed raising and training her golden retrievers. Judi loved nothing more than spending time with her family and attending her children's sporting, 4H, and school events, never missing any. Judi loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her fellow bus drivers. She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church, Lenawee County 4H and Golden Retriever Club of America, where she made many wonderful friends.

Judi is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, George; loving children, Nathan (Emma) Ruetz, Morgan, Jordan, and Lauren Ovalle; grandchildren, Braedan, Preston, Ashlynn and Tristan; mother, Joan Dingel.

She was preceded in death by her father, and grandparents, Leonard and Helen Kosmatka.

The family would like to thank the nurses of the Northwest Ohio Hospice and the many friends who provided care and support to Judi and her family during her illness, especially Adrienne Faust, also a special thanks to Polly Rupp and the Rupp Funeral Home. A gathering will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at the Rupp Funeral Home with a memorial service at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Monroe County Humane Society or the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
