"Mrs. Hambrick's Rites Monday
Services for Mrs. Katie Evelyn Hambrick, 86, of 418 3rd Place will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Parkdale Baptist Church with the Rev. George Young, pastor, officiating.
Graveside rites will be at 3:30 p.m. in Lamesa Memorial Park with arrangements by Henderson Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Hambrick died Friday in McMurray's Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She had lived in Lubbock since 1945.
Survivors include two sons, Levi Miller of 418 3rd Place and James G. Miller of Oklahoma City; a daughter Mrs. Exie Rushing of Hobbs, N. M.; two stepsons, D. L. Hambrick of Blooming Grove and W. S. Hambrick of Amarillo; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Ray Rushing, Frank Pierce, Billy James Pierce, Mike Bostick, Kenneth Penrod and Porter Foster."
