Life's Work/Service/Interests: Rita met her husband, Jeff Dennis Zubeck, while they both worked at a gas station in Orem, Utah. They had three children: Ginger Sue, Brenda Sue and Kayla Payge (Kelsey). She had a special talent for needlework and crafts, especially crocheting. Rita was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her parents needed a lot of help before they passed away, and Rita stepped in to take care of them for several years. She had a kind heart, always willing to help her family in any way she could. Rita will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. She recently went through chemo and radiation for breast cancer, but came through that ordeal with flying colors. She had courage, faith and perseverance and will forever be an example to us all. Rita Sue Carter Zubeck quietly left her earth life behind on Sunday, the 17th of November, 2013, as the result of a stroke.
Survived By: Her three daughters: Ginger, Brenda and Kayla; six grandchildren; three brothers and one sister.
