William Breedlove Wright, the fourth child of George Harvey and America Jeanette Trogden, was born in Sparta, Tennessee on September 10, 1882.
He enlisted in the army when he was nineteen years old.
On August 13, 1905 Martha Cunningham Joseph and William eloped and were married in Rhea County, Tennessee. They had 11 children one of which died at birth.
William died on June 13, 1966 and was buried at Loyall, Kentucky in the Resthaven Cemetery.
