Services for Johnny Howell, age 75 of Dublin, will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Dublin Church of God. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Rev. Steve Hardeman and Rev. William Pope will officiate. He passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013.
Mr. Howell was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was an electrician and worked with Durden Electric for many years. A member of Dublin Church of God, Johnny loved his church family and the Lord deeply. He took pride in his yard and enjoyed sharing his cooking with neighbors, family and friends. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him, especially his beloved dog, Missy. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wesley Howell; mother, Hessie Heath Howell; daughter, Barbara Jean Bryan; brothers, Marcel and Ray Howell and sister, Evelyn Johnson.
