Cherie D. Garfield, 49, of Lee's Summit, MO passed away Nov. 10th, 2013 at Kansas City Hospice House from metastic breast cancer. Visitation will be held on Fri. Nov. 15th from 6-8pm at Langsford Funeral Home. Funeral service on Sat. Nov. 16th at 2pm at the funeral home. Burial at Lee's Summit Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas city Cancer Center, metastic breast cancer research. Cherie was born on Oct. 29th, 1964 in North Kansas City, MO. Cherie worked for the Missouri Highway Patrol, enjoyed time with her family, friends, and the B-Town girls. One of her favorite weekend things was spending time with her mom, who she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her father (Lee) Charles Lee Harrison. Cherie leaves with cherished memories of her family and friends, her husband Joe Garfield, son Matthew Garfield, daughter Cayla Garfield, mother Connie Harrison, father (who entered into peace) Charles (Lee) Harrison, brother Michael Herndon, along with a host of other family and friends.
