Mr. Dragoon was born Feb. 7, 1921, in New York City. He was self-employed and was involved in real estate and restaurants. He served in the U.S. Navy. He lived in Portland for 50 years and was a member of Congregation Shaarie Torah.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret of Portland; sons, Barry Dragoon of Lake Oswego, Robert Dragoon, Kenneth Dragoon and David Pyle, all of Portland, and Mark Pyle of Midlothian, Va.; daughter, Ellen Blunt of Vancouver, Wash.; brother, Ben ''Red'' of Queens, N.Y.; sister, Ann Wasserman of Berkeley, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren.
Interment was in River View Cemetery. Arrangements are by Holman's Funeral Service.
