SPRING GROVE Barry "Farmer" A. Hess, Jr., 43, died Thursday, January 20, 2005, at 3:10 p.m. at his home.
Following cremation at White Rose Crematorium, a memorial service will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Mr. Hess was born May 16, 1961, in York. He was the son of Barry A. and Pauline H. (Demmitt) Hess of Spring Grove.
Mr. Hess was a construction worker.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Barry A. Hess III of Dover; one brother, Bradley A. Hess of Spring Grove; two nieces, Bekka and Bryanne; one nephew, Andrew; and paternal grandmother, Mamie E. Hess of York. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bryan A. Hess.
