Born in Lund,NV, one of nine children of William John Davies and Stephney Isabella Wells. Her father moved the family to San Francisco, after the 1906 fires, where he found work. At age of 20 she married Morris Wesley Camomile and they had 3 children, Bertha Phyllis, David Wesley and Helen Louise. She lived many of her retirement years in a Mobile Home Park on Folsom Blvd, in Sacto. She had a stroke when she was about 82 and lived about one year with her daughter Helen, then in a board and care home. In her retirement years, she enjoyed swimming, reading, attending concerts, sewing, gardening and she transcribed books into braille for the blind.
