Sue Ellen Kennedy Yow, 53, of Darlington died Thursday, March 17, 2005. She was born in Darlington County, a daughter of Geraldine Cowick Lloyd and the late Francis Laurens Kennedy. She worked at Oakhaven Nursing Center and Wilson Hospital as a nursing assistant. Ms. Yow was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She loved her dogs, the outdoors, and gardening and never made an enemy. Survivors include her mother, Geraldine C. (Jack) Lloyd of Bishopville; one daughter, Melissa (Thomas) Blackmon of Darlington; three sisters, Ida Lou (Edward) Bishop of Bishopville, Jerrie Hicks of Bishopville and Angela (Jerry) Kennedy Dalenta of Bishopville; and three grandchildren.
