John Woods, 73 years old, died at a local hospital Wednesday morning at 3 o'clock. He was a native of Hays county, and came to San Antonio from Del Rio, Texas, living here three months. He is survived by three sons, Ed. of Del Rio, William of Oklahoma, and Albert of San Antonio, and four daughters, Mrs. Ella Railey of San Antonio, Mrs. Lou Arnold and Mrs. May McBee of Del Rio, Texas, and Mrs. Nancy Brown of New Mexico. The funeral will be held from the chapel of the Riebe Undertaking Company at 5 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Rev. T. C. Long will conduct the services. Interment will be made in the City Cemetery No. 1.
