Edina, Mo., Oct. 31.—Services for Ira A. Miller, 79, a retired farmer of Edina, who died Tuesday (Oct. 29, 1968) in his home, will be held Friday at 3 p. m.in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home. The Rev. Dale Jorgensen will officiate and burial will be in Greensburg cemetery.
Mr. Miller was born in Knox County, May 11, 1889, a son of William Richard and Ellen Pruett Miller. He married Myrtle M. Pruett Oct. 4, 1913. She died July 1, 1968.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ross (Marie) Boswell of St. Charles, Mrs. Dudley (Maxine) Searce and Mrs. Howard (Mildred) Aucutt, both of Edina; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Royer of Plattsmouth, Neb., and Mrs. Lillie Andrews of south Missouri; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. A sister and four brothers preceded him in death.
