He was born May 1, 1945, in Anderson, and was a life long Anderson resident. He graduated from Anderson High School Class of 1963, earned a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from Ball State University and his Law Degree from IU School of Law. He was a lawyer. He was in a coma for 36 years and 9 months.
He is survived by his mother Dolly Davis of Anderson; his aunts and uncles, Helen Banter of Muncie, Roy Davis, J. Norman (Irene) Davis, Nellie James and Dick Runyan all of Anderson; and special caregiver, Marilyn Reece.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Davis; uncles, Ted Davis and Ora "Fuzzy" Davis; and aunt, Martha Runyan.
