Wayne Daniels, 78, St. Joseph, Missouri died Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at a local healthcare facility.

He was born November 10, 1934 to Paul and Lela (McDonald) Daniels in St. Joseph, Missouri.

He married Barbara Sweeney and she preceded him in death on July 27, 2004.

Wayne proudly served in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Wanda Williams, Janet Daniels and Gayle Davenport; and brothers, Dale Williams and Jack Williams.

Survivors: daughter, Tina Young (Kevin), St. Joseph, Missouri; sister, Cindy Winger (David), St. Joseph, Missouri; brother, David Daniels (Gina), St. Joseph, Missouri; step-daughter, Sharee Jones, Savannah, Missouri; step-son, David Jones, Borger, Texas; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Wilson (Lonnie) and Darlene Terry; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life: 1:00 P.M. Sunday, November 3, American Tavern. Inurnment Memorial Park Cemetery.
