Jeanne was born Sept. 8, 1926, in Lewiston to Jene Robert and Louise Mullarky.
Jeanne attended schools in Lewiston and married Roy Clayton Bly on Sept. 16, 1946. He passed away April 17, 2007.
After their wedding, the couple made their home in Montana while Roy completed his studies at the Montana State University at Missoula.
In about 1950, they moved to Ephrata, where Roy taught school and coached, and Jeanne worked for the Ephrata Public Works.
In 1969, they moved to Puyallup, where Roy taught until retirement in 1985, and Jeanne worked as a clerk in a department store there.
Jeanne enjoyed sewing and other needle crafts.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dan and Jim Mullarky.
