She is survived by her significant other; Shane McLaughlin of Louisiana, Missouri, one son; Shane Joseph McLaughlin of Louisiana, Missouri, Three daughters, Emily Johnson, Mackenzy McLaughlin and Marlee McLaughlin all of Louisiana, Missouri, Her mother; Margaret Rue and significant other; Roy Harrison of Vandalia, Missouri, ??Two brothers; Michael Paul Johnson and Phillip Wayne Francis both of Louisiana, Missouri, One sister; Rebecca Rose Welch and husband, Robert of Louisiana, Missouri, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Wayne Johnson in 2003. Grandparents; Mildred and Richard Hughart and Lena and Robert Johnson, aunt, Elizabeth Judy Smith and an uncle, Van Johnson.
Melissa had attended the Louisiana High School.? She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Louisiana.? She was a loving Mother, Daughter and Sister and will be greatly missed.
