Theresa Claunch was born on October 12, 1931 in Stockdale, TX and passed away on August 1, 2013 in Merced, CA at the age of 81.
Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Mack Claunch; parents, John and Emilia Kopecki and brothers, John, Lambert, Steve and Albert Kopecki.
She is survived by her children, John (Debra) Claunch, Gigi Berry, Jeannine Claunch, Eric Claunch and Alan (Vanda) Claunch; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and her brother, Herb (Joyce) Kopecki.
A visitation will be held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B St., Merced, CA 95341 on Friday, August 9, 2013 from 4:00pm-8:00pm with a memorial service to be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in memory of Theresa Claunch to Hinds Hospice, 410 W. Main St., Ste A, Merced, CA 95340 or to the Merced Garden Club, Scholarship Fund, PO Box 1454, Merced, CA 95341.
