WINTHROP- Mrs. Ethel Hunter, about 50, wife of Alexander Hunter, of the Winthrop-Fort Jakson road, passed away at her home Thursday morning after a long illness.
Mrs. Hunter formerly lived at Cornwall. The family purchased the Cora Locke farm and moved there from Potsdam last summer.
She leaves besides her husband, four daughters, Margaret,Geraldine, Wilda, Jean and one son, John, all in the home. The daughters are attending B. & S. High School.
J. M. Sullivan, Potsdam, is in charge of arrangements.
