Cornelia was the oldest of the three children of Jacob A Finch (1827-1901) and Cornelia Elsie Van Steenburgh (1832-1895). Cornelia married Joseph S Lane (1835-1900) in Hudson, Columbia Cty, NY on April 11, 1868. Mr. Lane was a widower with a 10 year old son Albert, who Cornelia helped to raise. Cornelia and Joseph had no children of their own. Cornelia became a widow in 1900 and married Hiram C Olds (1840-1906) in April 1901. She died four months later. According to the Town of Shandaken's records, Cornelia was buried in Pine Hill Cemetery.
