Mr. Shirley Wilson Bandy, age 75, of Roanoke, died Monday, September 9, 1991. Mr. Bandy was the owner of H.L. Bandy Dry Ice of Roanoke. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise B. Bandy and is survived by five daughters, Jo Ann Akers, Roanoke; Patricia B. Harris, Portsmouth; Loretta B. Eyers, Roanoke; Carol L. Ferguson, Roanoke; Deborah S. Quast, Newport News; one son, Thomas W. Bandy, Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. Margaret B. Mitchell, Hardy; one brother, Mr. John Wesley Bandy, Hardy; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 12, 1991 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lotz Vinton Chapel with the Rev. David L. Wade officiating. Interment will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Glasgow. Friends may call at the Lotz Vinton Chapel.
