Syvilla married Willard Arthur Aplin on 15 Aug 1931, in Red Wing, MN. He was the son of Arthur B. Aplin and Effie Denison. Willard died 14 Dec 1981 in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OH and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Red Wing, MN. He was 79 when he passed away.
Syvilla died 22 Apr 1997 at the Salem Park Care Center in Anderson Twp., Hamilton Co., OH.
Syvilla was survived by her son Kenneth (Norita) Aplin of Cincinnati, OH, and daughter Faye (Edward) Feinthel of Cincinnati; two grandchildren; and one brother, Lawrence (Charlotte) Santelman of Cochrane, WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Lloyd Santelman.
She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery next to her late husband.
