James was only thirty years old when he died, and he was a locomotive salesman. He was found dead in the berth of a Norfolk and Western pullman car when it arrived in Petersburg from Roanoke. He had a history of heart trouble. (Found in the Aug. 30, 1907 Richmond Times Dispatch by Find A Grave user SleepingDog)
