Mrs. Eva Lewandowski, 76, of 1213 S. 20th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. She had been ill five months.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The former Eva Mrozinski was born at Glesno, Poland, Dec. 24, 1881, daughter of the late Frank and Anna Mazurek Mrozinski. She came to the United States and settled in Manitowoc 56 years ago. She was married to John Lewandowski Nov. 13, 1905. He died in 1926.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Harry Wozniak of Milwaukee, Mrs. Vernon Cornils of Two Rivers and Mrs. Warren Steffen of Manitowoc; three sons, Leo Mrozinski and Matt and Walter Lewandowski of Manitowoc; two sisters, Josephine and Violet of Poland; 20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
