Fern Vande Voort, 84, Green Bay, died peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 16, 2013. She was born September 13, 1929, in the Town of Red River in Kewaunee County to Charles and Rose (Gilson) Roberts.On June 24, 1950, she married Roy Vande Voort at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1976.Fern's legacy in this world is continued by two sons and daughter-in-laws, Dave (Colleen) Vande Voort and Denis (Nancy) Vande Voort; five grandchildren, Chris (Kristy) Vande Voort, Sarah (Matt) Bingham, Matt (Dawn) Vande Voort, Katie (Brett) Jansen, and Robert (Allison) Vande Voort; five great-grandchildren, Ellie and Ayla Bingham, Macy Vande Voort, Jackson and Eliott Jansen; two sisters, Ruby Schulz and Iris Seroogy; two brothers, Quentin (LaVerne) Roberts and Charles (Gail) Roberts; and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; three sisters, Gladys Ferron, Doris Carter and Abbie Lemerond; two brothers, Clifford and Irone Roberts; sisters-in-law, Lil Roberts-Bayer and Carol Roberts; brothers-in-law, Julian (Red) Ferron, John Carter, Jack Schulz and Bernie Seroogy; niece, Rosella Tassoul, two nephews, Glen Roberts and Jim Granius. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery
