Paul R. Garbe, Jr., 30, of 1614 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida, died January 12, at the Morton Plant Hospital.
He was born in Kiel on March 26, 1947, a son of Paul L. and Agnes Mahloch Garbe, Kiel. He attended SS. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Kiel. Mr. Garbe served in the United States Navy for six years, working as a machinist. He lived in Phoenix, Arizona, and for the past three years at Clearwater.
Survivors include his parents and five sisters, Mrs. Ralph Manz and Mrs. Kenneth Schneider both of Kiel, Mrs. Lynn Bignell, Eau Claire and Mrs. Ronald Duns and Mrs. Ernest Dyer, Jr. both of New Holstein.
The funeral Mass was held at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel. The Reverend Francis Kerscher, pastor, was celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
