Funeral services for Mrs. Minerva Frances Swilley Hennington Dufford, will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m., in Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, conducted by the Rev. H. A. McCollough D.D. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Dufford died Sunday in a Columbia nursing home. She was born in Hazelhurst, Miss. and had made her home at 1609 Evans Street in Newberry for thirteen years.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Newberry.
Surviving is her husband, a son, Horace F. Swilley of Summerton, two grandchildren, Thomas Swilley and Mary Frances Silvey both of Columbia, her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Weeks and Mrs. Inez Owens, four brothers, Frank Hennington of Utica, Miss., Jack Paul and Marshall Davis Hennington of Hazelhurst.
Active pallbearers will be Henry Rickenbaker, Wally Sconyers, Sep Belser, Dr. W. E. Gause Jr., Alex Harvin and Bill Davis.
The family is at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Swilley at 920 Walters Lane in Columbia.
