Thomas Owen "T. O" Bratcher II, 71, of McMinnville died Oct. 16.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Owen Bratcher and Nina (Passons). Mr. Bratcher was a veteran of The United States Marine Corp.
He is survived by wife, Polly Delany Bratcher; son, Thomas (Ynes) Owen Bratcher III; daughter, Angela (Robert) Bess; grandchildren, Ber Bess and Thomas Owen Bratcher IV; brother Chanse Bratcher; sister Bonita Mangrum; and aunt Elizabeth Miller of California; nephews Rusty and Tim Mangrum; nieces Hilary Davenport and Becky Glove; and many cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a. m. Friday at Blues Hill Cemetery in Warren County.
