Mrs. Mary L. Martens, 65, wife of August W. Martens, died at her home 1205 South Fifteenth Street at 6:40 o'clock last night. She had been a resident of Burlington for more than 30 years..
Mrs. Martens was born in Dodgeville, IA. on May 9, 1865. She was married to Mr. Martens at Keokuk on April 21, 1920. She was previously married to A.K. Finley, who died 13 years ago. The body was taken to Prugh's Chapel, pending funeral arrangements.
