Aldei Bessette, 65, of 327 Saywer St., New Bedford died Saturday at Pondville Hospital*, Norfolk after a long illness. He was the husband of Mrs. Jadwiga (Potkay) Bessette.
A native and lifelong resident of New Bedford, he was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and was a custodian in Superior Court here.
In addition to his widow, he is survived by a daughter Mrs. Annette Martin of New Bedford.
