EDINA, Mo. — Mrs. Zola Mae Weaver, 90. of Edina Mo., died at 11:05 a.m. Friday (Jan. 3, 1986) at Knox County Nursing Home in Edina, where she had been a resident about a year.
She was born in Adair County, Mo., on June 6, 1895, the daughter of Charles Henry and Rosetta Kirkpatrick Barnes. On Dec. 21, 1915, she married Lester George Weaver in Kirksville Mo. He preceded her in death on April 4, 1968.
She lived most of her life in the Knox County area, and was a member of the Edina Assembly of God Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Opal Goodwin of Edina; three grandchildren, Mrs. Stanley (Rita) Glasgow of Rutledge, Mo., Mrs. Donnie (Helen) Parrish of Baring, Mo., and Mrs. Lyman (Goldie) Boltz of Farmington, N.M.; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel in Edina, with the Rev. Ronald Garner conducting. Burial will be in Linville Cemetery in Edina. Visitation will be held Sunday until time of services.
