Gwendolyn B. Allen, 72, of Olney, MD passed away on October 14, 2013. Daughter of the late Basil and Gwendolyn Martin Baldwin. Survived by her husband, Richard W. Allen, Sr., as well as two children, Cheryl Allen of Poolesville, MD, and Richard W. Allen, Jr. of New York. Also survived by a sister, Mary Holland of West Virginia. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11am at All Souls Cemetery (11401 Brink Rd. Germantown, MD 20876).
