John F. Brenner, 82, of Faucett, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013.

He was born April 11, 1931 in Troy, Kansas, son of Raymond and Estella Brenner.

He married Dorothy Dunham on February 5, 1951 and she preceded him in death in November 2012.

He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 101 and enjoyed his work.

He loved his family and friends and would do anything for anyone.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; his parents; a son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Kathy (Nichols) Brenner; son, Johnny; grandchildren, Bobby and Patricia Dunham; and sister, Mae Accord.

Survivors include three sons, Bill Dunham, Jerry Brenner and wife Cindy, and James Brenner and wife GiGi, as well as Dorothy Wheeler, the granddaughter they raised as their own. He also has several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter; and three sisters, Vera Wright, Karen Mears and Sharon Kanak.

Anyone who knew John was blessed to have him in their lives. He was a great father and grandfather, friend and brother, and he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Services: 3:00 P.M. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Agency Cemetery, Agency, Missouri.
