Frank Wilson Adamson, age 91, passed away October 4, 2013.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of nearly 49 years, Emma Lee Ware Adamson.

He is survived by his sons: Russell Adamson and his family, Terry Adamson and his family; his brother, Clint Adamson along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Frank attended Harlandale High School later joining the National Guard during his senior year in high school and was assigned to the 36th Division where he served overseas over 4 years being honorably discharged at the rank of S/Sgt.

Frank was active in the American Legion, VFW & 40/8.

As a civilian he found solace as a carpenter and for 67 years where he was a member of Carpenter's Local 14.

Thanks to the staff of Odyssey Hospice and special thanks to Jose Garcia, Margie Cover and Sylvia Gonzales for your care.

A graveside service will be held 10:30AM, Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
