Vicky Leigh Myers, age 58, went home to be with her Lord on October 11, 2013. She is preceded in death by her father, William Clyde Brooks and her brother, John Mark Clyde Brooks. Vicky is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jon Christopher Myers; daughters, Jessica House, Jennifer (Travis) Edwards and Lauren (Allen) Gibson; 7 grandchildren; mother, Barbara Brooks; sister, Kimberly Ramsey; cousin and caregiver, Cathy Sanford. She took great care of her family and loved them unconditionally. Vicky was a hard worker her entire life and a very proud grandmother. Visitation will be held from three until eight o'clock in the evening on Monday, the 14th of October, 2013 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated by the Rev. Joseph Patrick Breen at St. Edwards Catholic Church at ten o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, the 15th of October, with visitation held one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to St. Edwards Catholic School.
