Dale Robert Bennett, 31, of Marston Road, Richmond died Oct. 6 at his home of a self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
He was born in Damariscotta on March 25, 1959, the son of Cyrus Eden and Evelyn Margie (Bosworth) Bennett, and attended Jefferson schools and Lincoln
Academy in Newcastle. For the past year, Mr. Bennett worked as a diesel
mechanic a t Harold Warren Construction Co. in Chelsea. He was a member of the United Bikers of Maine, and had formerly lived in Jefferson.
Besides his parents of Jefferson, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Doris T. Bosworth of Damariscotta; three daughters, Tamm y Lynn Brown of Augusta;
Crystal Lynn Bennett and Amanda Bennett, both of Somerville; a
brother, Michael O. Bennett of Greene; three sisters, Sharon L. Park of Norridgewock; Michelle J. Dubord of Jefferson; and Christine M. Bennett of Farmingdale; a halfbrother, Wendell Bennett of Bath and a half-sister, Pauline Bennett of Pownel; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Thursday from 7-9 p.m. at Gray and Pratt Funeral

Windsor. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday
at Hopkins Cemetery, Route 215, South Jefferson, with Rev. Warner
Howard officiating. Burial w ill follow the service . Memorial
