Mrs. Michael Gospodarek, 69, of 1702 Hamilton St., Manitowoc, died Monday at the Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Leschke Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
She was born Antonette (sic) Drobka in Manitowoc in 1884 and in 1904 was married to Michael Gospodarek. They always made their home in Manitowoc. She was a member of the St. Mary Altar Society, St. Mary Rosary Society and the St. Agnes Society.
Survivors are the husband; four sons, Alois of Two Rivers, Anthony of Oshkosh and Michael Jr., and Adolph of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. John Wiczak and Mrs. Ben Tomchek of Manitowoc; sister, Mrs. Catherine Fruzyna of Newton; three brothers, Adolph of Manitowoc, Ignatz of Newton and Dr. Frank Drobka of Washington, D.C.; and 25 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday by the Knights of Columbus and at 7:30 p.m. by the Daughters of Isabella.
