Marjorie "Marge" (Venberg) Larson, 67, of Kensington, widow of Donald R. Larson died (February 16, 2003) at Ridgeview Health Center in Cromwell, CT. Born in New Britain on Dec. 16, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Albert and Marie (Danielson) Venberg, she lived in Kensington since 1958. A graduate of New Britain High School, Class of 1953, she was a medical secretary at the Newington VA Medical Center for 21 years, retiring in 1999. Marge was a member of Kensington Congregational Church; the Tuesday Group of the church and also attended Bethany Covenant Church in Berlin. She was active in scale miniature doll house furniture and accessories and was a member of the United Federation of Doll Clubs.
Surviving is a son, Kurt Larson and his wife Patricia of Ontario, NY; three daughters, Karen Zuder and her husband Ray of Wethersfield; Caroline Larson of Kensington; and Heidi Frederick and her husband Joseph of Berlin; two sisters, Ruth Franzen of Wethersfield; and Dorothy Nitsch and her husband Edward of Southwick MA; five grandchildren, Erik, David, and Elizabeth Larson; Margaret and Katherine Frederick; several nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery, Berlin, CT.
