Funeral services are being conducted at 2:30 o’clock this afternoon at the George ROUDEBUSH residence on West Spring Street for Miss America V. NOEL. Burial will be made in Grandview Cemetery. Miss NOEL passed away at 11:40 o’clock Tuesday night at the home of her brother-in-law, George ROUDEBUSH, after a lingering illness. Miss NOEL had lived in the ROUDEBUSH residence for the past 28 years., She was 89 years of age at the time of her death. Miss NOEL was born in Orange County, the daughter of James and Eliza (HALL) NOEL. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Troy. Survivors include two brothers, Earl and George NOEL, both of Bloomington, and one sister, Mrs. Ida SIMS, of Oakland, Illinois. She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. Jenkins & Sons funeral directors are in charge of the funeral arrangements.
