Helen I. Geyer, 77, of Decatur, a member of Decatur Church of God, died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2002, at Adams County Memorial Hospital.
The Mercer County, Ohio, native was a homemaker and a 4-H and Cub Scout leader. Surviving are her husband, Verlyn R.; a daughter, Darlene K. Johnson of Hudson; sons Edwin W. of Decatur, and Roger A. of New Haven; a brother, Jesse E. Michaud of Willshire, Ohio; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Decatur Church of God, Decatur, with calling one hour before services. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. today at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur. Burial will be at Apostolic Church Cemetery, Vera Cruz. Memorials are to the church building fund.
