Mrs. Florence Davis Arthur, 72, of 901 Craddock St., died at 11:35 p.m. Monday, July 8, 1985 in Medical Care Center. She was the wife of Ezra Thomas Arthur. She was born in Pamplin, Sept. 6, 1912, daughter of the late Henry Harrison Davis and Nora Pugh Davis. She was a member of Fort Hill United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Frances Brown, Mrs. Virginia Harris and Mrs. Myrtle Price, all of Pamplin. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Whitten Park Avenue Chapel by the Revs Walter Green and James E. Wood. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
