Patricia R. Bourgeois, age 78, of Park Falls, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Park Manor Nursing Home. She was born December 14, 1934 in Park Falls, the daughter of Ernest and Viola (Shaw) Atkinson. Her early life and schooling were in Park Falls. On December 30, 1934 she married Raymond Bourgeois in Park Falls. The couple lived all over the world during Ray's military career before returning to their hometown of Park Falls. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Raymond of Park Falls; two children: Rachelle (Frank) Weiler of Glidden and Mark (Kelly) Bourgeois of Lacey, Washington; five grandchildren: Theresa, Jennifer, Billy, Ryan, and Megan; three great-grandchildren: Coyan, Elise, and Clara; one sister: Donna (Gene) Jesse of Park Falls; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother Duane.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Park Falls. Fr. Jerry Hagen and Fr. Shaji Pazhukkathara co-officiated.

Burial was at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls.
