CHARLES HENRY SIMMERS
Charles Henry Simmers of Fairfield died at Queen of the Valley Hospital Saturday at the age of 60.
A retired Mare Island shipfitter, he is survived by his wife, Mildred of Fairfield, two sons, David E. Simmers of Dixon and Gerald A. Simmers of Esparto; two sisters, Mrs. Leona MacKenzie and Mrs. Lillian Williams, both of San Francisco; two grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews in the Napa area.
The funeral will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, Fairfield. Private interment will be in Golden Gate National Cemetery.
