Jacob Reed Barron

Funeral services for Jacob Reed Barron, 66, who died at his Barron Acres ranch home in Willow Creek Valley on Monday morning, will be held at the Susanville LDS Church tomorrow afternoon at two o'clock. Internment will follow in East Lawn Sierra Hills in Sacramento. Local arrangements are in charge of the Colonial Mortuary.

Friends may call at the LDS Church tomorrow between 12 noon and 1:45 p.m. The deceased was born in Utah on Jan. 31, 1907, and had resided in California for 47 years and in Susanville during most of that time. In recent years he had made his home in Sacramento. He was a partner with Louis Arnold in Barron Chevrolet of Susanville.

Surviving are s on, Gary Reed, of Sacramento; a daughter, Nanette Barron, Sacramento; five sisters, Mrs. Julia Gledhill, Los Angeles; Mrs. Pearl Dastrup and Mrs. Jo Hines, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Mabel Moser, Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Hulda Hansen, Susanville, and a brother, Homer, Logan, Utah.
