She is survived by her husband Ronnie, one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Sarah Talley of Montgomery; sister, Barbara Hassell of San Miquel de Allende, Mexico; two brothers, Dr. James M. Seay and wife, Mary, of Pasco, Washington and Bobby Seay and wife, Marie, of Panama City Beach, Florida.
Shirley retired from the Federal Highway Administration after 25 years of service.
Visitation will be held at Leak-Memory Chapel on Monday, September 30, at 12:30 p.m. Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Greenwood & Serenity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society or to Baptist Hospice in appreciation of their loving care.
