Joy Anita Webb, 74, of Lucy, passed away September 30, 2013. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 1 from 5-8 p.m., with a service Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Millington Chapel. Interment to follow in Big Creek Cemetery. She was a member of Raleigh Primitive Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roy A. Webb; daughters, Jackie Vaughn of Woodstock, GA and Lisa W. Carr of Cordova, TN; son, Stewart Webb of Memphis, TN; sister, Sylvia Dunkerson of Paris, TN; brother, Donald Deckleman of Dickson, TN, and nine grandchildren.
