Mrs. Fern Audrey Minor of Sundre, Alberta, passed away on January 23rd, 196 at the age of 70 years. Mrs. Minor was born at Marvin, South Dakota, U.S.A. on April 15th, 1891 and came to Canada in the year 1900 to Carnduff, Saskatchwan, later returning to Montana. She was united in marriage at Plentywood, Montana to Arthur James Minor in February, 1917 and returned to Canada in 1926 to farm at Carnduff, Saskatchewan. She later moved with her husband and family to Sundre, Alberta in 1954 to retire. Surviving are her husband, Arthur of Sundre; 4 sons, Verl of Winnipeg, Claude of Sundre; Morley of Thompson, Man., and Bill of Sundre; 2 daughters, Mrs. Neil (Eula) Chrest of Sundre and Mrs. Roy (Peggy) Verity of Paulson, Montana; 3 sisters, 5 brothers, 13 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters.
