Ralph was a native of Sacramento. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and two brothers. Ralph is survived by his wife, Kathy, sons, Gregory and Keith, four grandchildren, Keith, Kamiah, Gregory and Kayla, brother Gordon and his wife Lee Nell, and a host of family and dear close friends. Memorial service with Military Honors will be October 4, 2013 at 2:30 PM (must arrive 15 minutes ahead) at the Sacramento Valley National Veterans Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd-, Dixon, CA. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Diabetic Assoc.
