CALICO ROCK, AR - Funeral services for Mr. Doyle Lee Ashcraft, age 74, a retired car salesman, of Calico Rock, Arkansas and formerly of Oak Grove, Louisiana, will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Macedonia Baptist Church in the Macedonia Community northwest of Oak Grove.
Reverend Mike Howard will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mr. Ashcraft passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 in Calico Rock, Arkansas.
He was a retired car salesman. He served for for six years in the service. He was a PFC in the Marine Corp.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Kay Ashcraft; daughter, Leah Delane Ashcraft Adcock; his father, Roy Lee Ashcraft; his mother, Elon Mae Townsend Ashcraft and his sister, Jean Whitney.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Ashcraft of Calico Rock, Arkansas; son and daughter-in-law, Darren and DeDra Ashcraft of Lowell, Arkansas; son, Doyle Randall Ashcraft of Eldon, Missouri; sister, Joyce Smith of Ft. Worth, Texas; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
