Ex-Postmaster Of Greer Dead
T.E. Garrett, 90, former postmaster of Greer and a retired section foreman for the Camas Prairie Railroad, died at 9 yesterday morning at the Nelson nursing home, Lewiston Orchards. Death was due to infirmities of age.
Mr. Garrett first came to this area from Indiana in 1906. He was postmaster at Greer for 13 years and worked for the railroad until 1931 when he retired.
He made his home at Lewiston with a daughter Mrs. Fred
